Post-COVID Return to Training

Following COVID-19 infection, injury or any other illness athletes need to take the necessary precautions when returning to a training regime. We have put together a strategy based on the latest medical evidence to gradually re-introduce your training load, while monitoring your heart rate, perceived effort and overall wellbeing.


Support Base and Guidance

In addition to providing you with a personalised training programmes and packages to suit you, David and Ann will also give you their best race strategy advice, tips on injury prevention and references to their own athletic support base which includes a top-end biokinetic practice, physiotherapists, chiropractors and dieticians – everything you need to perform at your best.
